EIA relies on the professional excellence of its faculty – top-level speakers and driven mentors – to deliver the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum to the students. Therefore, we are continually looking for entrepreneurs and professionals with relevant experience to become innovation advocates at the world’s largest entrepreneurship program.

If you have demonstrated experience in the following criteria, we want to hear about you!

  • Start-up Experience: A mentor in EIA has more than 3 years of experience working in or closely with successful (cross-border) start-ups or top multinational tech companies (Facebook, Google, etc.). The entrepreneurial spirit and ambition are best brought out of students by people with personal success stories, as well as failures, in the field of entrepreneurship.
  • Mentoring Experience: A mentor in EIA has prior experience mentoring start-up teams in an accelerator, incubator, hackathon or bootcamp. Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and in a team are the basis for any inspirational collaboration.
