DAY 1: Customer & Market

The in program in Singapore kicks off with a deep dive into understanding the market and the customer. Participants will engage in customer discovery exercises, utilizing real market data to validate their business ideas.

Day 2: Product & Prototype Development

On the second day, the focus shifts to product and prototype development, guided by feedback from the previous day's customer discovery. Participants will learn about prototyping and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development, with hands-on workshops to bring their ideas to life.

The day concludes with pitch preparation techniques, helping participants refine their storytelling and presentation skills.
