The European Innovation Academy's refund policy outlines the terms for obtaining a refund in the event of cancellation.

Eligibility for Refund:

• You may nominate another eligible person to take your place in the program.
• Refunds are granted based on when the cancellation is made relative to the event start date:

  More than 3 months before	50%
  Less than 3 months before	0%

Non-Refundable Fees:

• The Super Early Bird ticket and accommodation fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations for External Reasons:

• Cancellations due to visa issues, travel disruptions, or personal decisions are treated under the standard refund policy.

Changes in the Program

• We reserve the right to adjust the program content, timing, or speakers. We will notify participants promptly of any significant changes.

Cancellations by EIA

• In unforeseen circumstances (e.g., Force Majeure), we may postpone or cancel the program.
• We will offer a rescheduled date or a full refund.
• We will not be liable for any costs incurred by participants (including, but not limited to, travel, accommodation, and other expenses).

*If a participant who has been invoiced for installment payments cancels their participation, they are still responsible for any installments that are due up to the point of cancellation.
